Salary: £23,000 Basic + Commission

The Company:
The opportunity to work with the UK’s largest Headhunting specialist. The company is matching a period of recent growth over a number of years by looking to expand one of its most successful sectors. As well as working with some of the largest firms within the UK, the company also deals with several international clients. The role being offered is to work in the company’s flagship office based in London’s financial sector. As well as offering an extensive and ongoing training programme the successful candidate will also be rewarded with an opportunity to be placed into the companies leading sales team.
The role itself offers the successful candidate will have responsibilities such as:
- Sourcing candidates for a wide variety of clients
- Meeting with existing candidates to help better understand their needs
- Helping to find new clients
- Interviewing candidates
The role offers successful applicants one on one training with leading consultants within the firm. As well as being responsible for helping to identify and interview suitable candidates for existing clients, you will also be responsible for identifying new clients to work with. This opportunity offers long term career progression as well as regular incentives for meeting sales targets such as Lunch clubs, company phone & laptop and holidays.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous B2B sales experience however it is not essential. We are looking for new graduates who have shown drive and motivation to begin a career within the Recruitment industry. Candidates must have a university degree of at least a 2:2 and display excellent communication skills. The ability to handle a fast paced and professional environment is necessary.
