This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children with Special Needs on a 1:1 basis. This post involves working with children with Emotional, Behavioural and Learning Difficulties, as well as other learning difficulties. The role of a 1:1 Tutor involves supporting children of both Primary and Secondary ages on-site in Kingston. The appointed candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of students on a individual or small group basis and planning ahead for their progression. A patient and committed individual, who likes a challenge, would be ideal for this vacancy.
Hours are approximately 8:30am-3.15pm for this role, although flexible depending on the tuition needs of the students. There will also be allocated planning time so that you can plan for progression of your pupils
All applicants must have relevant experience working with students with SEN, as this is a more senior role to that of a Teaching Assistant.
