Customer Service Advisor
FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
In a very busy Customer Service Department with a large and ever growing client base
Long term customer service experience essential – preferably within a manufacturing business
Able to work as part of a team
Able to prioritise workload
Pleasant phone manner
Able to confidently use word and communicate via email
Time management skills
Must be proficient in Exel and spreadsheet production
Able to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone
Other duties will include customer claims, day to day reporting and liaison with management
Hours - 7.5 hours per day - you must be able to work different hours on a bi weekly basis - one week 8-4.30, the next week 9-5.30.
