Contractor Services Coordinator - Sale - Permanent - Salary negotiable

We are currently recruiting for a Contractor Services Coordinator to work for a national business based in Sale on a permanent contract. This role involves providing a high level of customer service to staff currently working on recruitment agency contracts. Whilst recruitment sector experience would be highly beneficial it is not essential for this role. Instead we are looking for candidates that have strong customer service skills and the confidence to work in a busy working environment.

Duties:

• Provide high levels of candidate support during on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Provide candidate post placement care by contacting candidates in relation to extensions, terminations and rate changes
• Assist with and resolve contractor timesheet queries, pay rate queries and any other general worker queries
• Create and manage a candidate pipeline
• Develop a candidate relationship through regular phone calls and check in points
• Issue contractual paperwork to PAYE, Limited Company and Umbrella workers
• Raise an assignment schedule in line with client requirements
• Upload contractual paperwork on the internal database under candidate record
