Part Time - Wholesale Operations Administrator - 5 month fixed term contract
Great opportunity within progressive corporate company. This role would suit someone with experience in the financial service industry.
Job Description:
Ensure credit facilities are approved, set up and correctly established on the system.
Ensuring all manual data entries are keyed correctly.
Initial point of contact for all internal and external queries for the department
Produce timely and accurate legal documentation in conjunction with advisors / solicitors.
Prepare and issue CHAPS payments to suppliers and partners on a daily basis.
Completion of stock audits and follow up to ensure audits are finalised within timelines.
Produce timely and accurate MI as requested by the Manager.
Carry out additional tasks from time to time as may reasonably be requested.
Person Specification:
Experience of working in a wholesale operations environment would be an advantage
Display a sound understanding of the financial services industry would be considered
Some general knowledge of Sword Apak WFS or similar system is beneficial.
Ideally worked within motor related financial services or as a minimum worked within an environment where both B2C and B2B activity took place, or is a graduate calibre applicant.
Work in an organisation where multiple stakeholder management is common.
Exposure to an international as well as domestic business operation existed.
Able to produce professional and robust working documentation and presentations
Additional Information:
Based in Reigate
£21,500 - £25,700 plus quarterly performance-based bonus (Up to 22% of basic salary, average payout of 15%)
