Customer Service Advisor in Cheltenham

4 - 40 hours per week

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Customer Service Adviser based in central Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be first point of contact for customer’s, dealing with any query via telephone, email and live chat.
  • Be responsible for a range of administration tasks to support your team and department.
  • Develop knowledge of overseas qualifications allowing you to advise customers regarding the international qualifications recognitions and comparison process.

Key Attributes and Skills:

  • Proven Customer Service/Administration experience in an office based environment is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be confident, professional and courteous.
  • Work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
  • Hold a minimum of A-Level or equivalent qualifications.
