What skills / qualifications should you have?*:
Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational establishment
A calm, patient and caring persona
Good communication skills
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
SEND experience is desirable but not necessary
*If you have some but not all these skills, but still have a passion for helping children learn, we encourage you to apply as we may have other roles available!
