Location: Bristol, Avon, BS13 7TW
Salary: £17K - 20K pa, DoE
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week (8.00am - 5.00pm)
Customer Service & Sales Advisor - The Role:
We are a fast-growing online tools, workwear and equipment retailer looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, positive and friendly person to join our Customer Service Team in helping to deliver an exceptional level of customer service using email, phone and live chat.
The Role:
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service using email, phone and live chat.
- Problem solving when required.
- Providing quotations for goods.
- Taking orders and payments.
- Processing product returns.
- Working with bespoke computer software.
- General admin duties.
Customer Service & Sales Advisor - What we're looking for / Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great with people over the phone and email.
- Excellent PC and keyboard skills.
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritise workload.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoys working in a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Some experience in a similar role advantageous, but not essential.
Package:
- £17 - 20k annual salary (depending on experience).
- 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.00pm).
- 22 days annual holiday (excluding bank holidays).
- Permanent contract (after successful probation period).
- Scope for progression.
