Clinic Manager in Yorkshire

My client is an independent aesthetics clinic that receives consistently excellent reviews from patients, they are now looking for a Clinic Manager to join our growing team.

Your role

Reporting to the Medical Director, you will use your clinic management skills, your in-depth knowledge of the aesthetics industry, and your creativity to further develop this successful business.

* You will ensure that customers receive an exceptional level of customer service, managing the patient journey from start to finish.

* You will work with the Medical Director to promote and develop the clinic, helping to devise marketing initiatives, manage social media and digital content, and ensure that the clinic's offering is in line with patient needs and treatment trends.

* You will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, collaborating with the team of practitioners to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly, and that standards remain high.

This is a full-time role with some flexibility on working hours, with core working hours Tuesday to Saturdays.

Skills and experience required

You must have experience of managing a private clinic or medispa and be able to demonstrate that you have the creativity and business acumen to manage and grow a business.

* Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.

* Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.

* Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.

* A positive 'can do' attitude.

* Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of 'management'.

* A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.

* Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry

* As this is a patient-facing role, you must be a confident communicator with excellent people skills.

* You must be a proactive and organised individual, and a team player, as you will be an integral part of this small but growing team.

* The ideal candidate will also have a passion for creating content for social media, emails and blogs, and be able to demonstrate how their marketing skills can be applied to this role. You will have a distinct advantage if you have previous experience managing digital content and patient communication as part of a previous role managing a cosmetic clinic.
