Our client requires an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to lead the AP and AR team, along with having a huge impact on how the team will expand and support the business during a very exciting time.
State of the art premises in Manchester is where the role will be based. The successful Transactional Finance Manager will need to enjoy and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. A strong people manager who enjoys getting involved in a varied role.
The role:
Lead a fast paced Transactional team for end to end of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Teams
Ensure your team has on the job training and development
Play a crucial part in the drive for improvement and processes
Customer Service is kept to the highest standard at all times
Responsible for ensuring company KPI's and SLA's are met
Ensure you and your team have excellent relationships internal and external
Accepting responsibility and taking ownership of operational issues
Preparation of key management reports
Liaising with the Head of Finance to provide accurate information regarding cash flow forecasting
Key skills required;
Qualified by Experience
5 years + leading Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams
Experienced of process improvement and change management
SAP experienced
Advanced Excel
Able to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
Enjoy training and development within your team
Approachable at all times attitude
