Our client based in Wetherby is currently looking to recruit a Team Leader for their Registrations department!

You will be responsible for the organisation and over-seeing of the registrations team and the contacting of all new starters received. To guide the team where necessary on how to provide the best explanation of services, and ensure that the customer receives regular updates throughout the registration process. Carry out regular customer calls to promote services and to encourage increased numbers of new starter submissions. Record and analyse registration activity data where necessary to ensure effectiveness. Represent the registrations team in weekly meetings to inform colleagues of any service issues.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage the contacting of all new starters via telephone or email where applicable, to obtain their details and to discuss the appropriate payment method with them and ensure all new starters are aware of our company margin and our expenses process before their first payment.

* Conduct regular am and pm checks of the Prospect database to identify any new starters not contacted in an appropriate timescale.

* Contact your allotted number of new starters in a timely manner.

* Manage the registration emails received to ensure all are actioned within the same working day.

* Ensure all clients are updated as to the progress of each of their new starters therefore maximising the amount of workers we are able to process on a weekly basis.

* All new starter information to be recorded onto Prospect and Merit accurately and any further forms/paperwork relevant to the registration and compliance of a new starter.

* Collect and collate weekly call activity sheets and advise where necessary over the effectiveness of your team.

* Contact an agreed amount of customers on a weekly rotational basis to promote awareness of Payme and increase new starter submissions.

* Manage new starter registrations via the online portal, and provide online assistance to workers where necessary.

* To communicate effectively face to face, via telephone or email with employees and work colleagues.

* Represent the Registrations Team in the weekly meeting, compile relevant figures to report in the meeting and raise any service/department issues in a professional manner.

* Escalate customer service issues/complaints to the relevant department is an Account Manager/Sales Department or Managing Director outside of weekly meetings where necessary.

* To effectively manage and prioritise your workload to ensure all deadlines are met.

* Any other duties that fall within the scope of the post as allocated by your manager following consultation with the post holder.

Our client is looking for someone with previous supervisory experience ideally within a telephony environment. You will be hard working, motivated and enjoy managing a small team.

In return our client is offering a salary of up to £25k for the right candidate.
