Junior QA Test Engineer
Salary: circa £25k DOE
Location: Kent, UK
A new challenge has arisen for an enthusiastic Junior QA Enigneer to join a well estbalished Quality Assurance team based in Kent. This role would suit those who want to progress in their career and develop their skill set in QA and Test
The successful candiate will have
Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Quality Assurance of Information Management Solutions and Services.
Demonstrate some understanding of software testing principals and concepts
Demonstrate some understanding of software testing tools and methodologies, or equivalent, such as:
ITIL, Agile (Kanban, Scrum), Waterfall
Python, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium WebDriver, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, CVS, Git,
JMeter, SoapUI.
JIRA
Have conceptual knowledge of quality assuring software against cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, such as AWS or MS Azure.
Be educated to graduate level or a professional equivalent. Ideally BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
ISTQB Foundation desirable but not essential.
