Client Service Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced relationship manager to join our busy team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our larger and more complex clients, building and maintaining great relationships with them and drawing on resources from across our business to ensure that we deliver the best possible service.

Candidates should have experience of working in the energy sector, ideally in the fields of compliance, embedded generation or renewables, or be able to demonstrate technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex requirements quickly. You must have a strong history of working directly with customers and colleagues to deliver projects and ongoing services.

Client Service Manager Responsibilities:

- Client relationship management: building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Responsibility for overseeing the timely delivery of routine client tasks, carried out to the highest standards.
- Project management and communication: creating project plans and managing progress.

Client Service Manager Requirements:

- At least 3 years in a customer-facing role, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience of working in the energy industry.
- Experience of project planning and management.
- Strong commercial sense and the ability to understand requirements, propositions and value.

Type: Full time, Permanent

Location: Stoneleigh Park

Salary: £34,000 to £42,000 depending on experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits.
