Business Development Manager
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager in the Sutton Coldfield area for our well-established Client.
As a Business Development Manager you will need to have/be:
Previous experience as a Business Development Manager
Degree or equivalent
Used to working to targets/KPI's
Rapport building and excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
Excellent time management and problem solving skillsDetails of a Business Development Manager:
Salary: Up to £27,000.00 per annum + bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Duration: PermanentRole of a Business Development Manager:
To generate new business for the company by making outbound calls
To renew all current customer contracts
Actively upsell and cross-sell all opportunities
To enter and update customer information on CRM system
Call customers from a variety of data lists as well as creating your own leads
Adhere to company KPIs
Identify sales opportunities and manage your own diary and pipeline
Work with the wider team to assist in closing sales
Close deals or pass over qualified leads to a consultant to close
Book and provide business scoping services to customers
Answer customer queries via telephone, email, technical leads and website with exceptional customer service
Work specific targeted campaigns to close deals
