Graduate Building Surveyor
THE COMPANY
My client is an award-winning multi-discipline property consultancy operating across England. Gaining a lot of work from public sector frameworks the project flow does not seem to be settling. Sector wise they specialise in Education, Health and Commercial, with a good 50/50 split of project and professional work. The mixed work they offer is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to push through their APC.
THE POSITION
A full-time position to start with a growing consultancy that have been developing year on year. The role would require you to perform duties as a Building Surveyor covering contract admin, spec writing, project management, dilaps, party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis.
THE CANDIDATE
1-year experience in a consultancy environment.
Hold a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying - 2:1 or above.
Have that drive to develop professionally and aspirations to progress to more senior levels of the business in their career.
