Care Co-Ordinator
Kare Plus Maidstone and Medway are looking for a co-ordinator to join our team to support our Registered Manager in delivering health and social care across homecare.
You will be perfect for this role if you:
* Have experience in co-ordinating services across homecare.
* Are professional and have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
* Are and excellent Problem solver
* Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
* Are proficient in IT skills to be able to operate our rostering systems and web-based platforms when booking shifts.
* Are able to prioritise your workload.
* Are an organised individual
* Are able to take a share of the on-call service once fully trained.
You will be outgoing, confident, easy to get along with and hungry for a career in the fast paced working environment of the Health Care industry. As well as having strong administration skills and a good eye for details.
* Desired experience would include previous healthcare roles
* Ideally you will have a driving licence and your own transport.
* Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm with some flexibility required due to workload.
* This role pays a basic salary of £18,000 - £21,500 depending on experience.
* Continuous training and support will be provided.
