Recruit Mint are looking to source a Junior Area Sales Manager for a very exciting client of ours with in the KBB market place to support the sales team dealing with retailers, contractors and developer. This role has a clear progession and development bath in place.
Package:
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on expeirence
Bonus approx £5,000

Job role: This role is the first step on the ladder in our clients sales team where you will be working both in the office and external support our clients field sales team. This role will be working alongside the field sales team to promote our clients range of KBB products to retailers, merchants, contractors and developers. You will be tasked with calling on existing and new accounts to ensure growth is achieved and be expected to report back marketing feedback and current sales trends. This role has a clear progression set out to become enabled the incumbent to be become a fully fledge area sales manager in the future.
Location: Covering Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and West london
Candidate: To be considered for this role you will be educated to degree level and have sales experience. An interest in kitchen, bedroom or bathroom products or interior will be benefical. Most importantly you will be a driven self starter with a hunger to carve out a career in field sales.
