Location - East Sussex
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
As the Design and Technical Delivery Manager you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions at a programme level from initial definition of need through to optioneering, solution development, detail design and consturction support.
Duties include:-
Lead a team of design managers and discipline design engineers
Devlop affordable design solutions
Establish working relationships with the client, design teams, construction staff and supply chain.
Develop sustainable design solutions in accordance with CDM Regulations.
Ensure that standard designs and design practices are utilised wherever possible
Agree design budgets
monitor and control design hours against allowances
Record, monitor and control design changes
Prepare monthly project status reports
Establish and agree design costs and programme timescales
TrainingFor this role you must have the following:
Degree in an engineering related discipline
Experience in Waste Water Treatment
Experience in managing multi disciplinary teams
Delivery driven
