The Emergency Floor (EF) at Worthing is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join its team. We realise that an optimal work-life balance is extremely important to our staff and in view of this, are happy to offer various contracts, including - Nights only*, Days only*, Annualised hours, Term-time and flexible working.

The EF at Worthing is a 67 bedded unit providing acute care for patients across all Medical, Surgical and Elderly/Frailty teams. The EF is divided into four zones, which includes ambulatory and frailty care areas. Patients are referred directly from a variety of sources, including the Emergency Department (A/E), GP Surgeries, Clinic and other Outpatient settings.

We are keen to support newly qualified RNs and those with experience who are looking to develop their skills in acute care. We have a full-time Clinical Educator in our team who works alongside successful applicants, providing tailored education and induction programmes to ensure a supportive transition into the busy EF environment.

The EF has been recognised nationally and internationally as a department leading the way in the delivery of modern, innovative patient-centered care.
