You will have a\nrange of responsibilities within this role, including but not limited to:

\n\n

 

\n\n

·          Handling all\ngeneral internal staff enquiries in a timely manner, managing employee\nrelationships and expectations with confidentiality and professionalism

\n\n

·         Maintaining HR\nrecords and ensuring all data, documentation and information stored is\ncompliant, and in line with internal and external policies and procedures for\nprivacy and data protection

\n\n

·       Maintaining the\nHR database and systems, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to\ndate with any changes

\n\n

·      Working with the\nHR team to produce in-depth reports, ensuring critical HR activities and data\nare recorded accurately on internal systems

         Managing the\n full onboarding and induction process for new starters, handling any\n initial enquiries during this time in relation to their training or their\n role

        Supporting\nmanagement with an array of HR processes from performance and absence\nmanagement, probation reviews, disciplinaries, grievances, health referrals,\npay and bonus reviews and any additional enquiries that need to be addressed

\n\n

·     Working with the\nwider HR to implement new employee initiatives, training and development\ncourses and management programmes across the organisation

\n\n

·     Supporting with\nongoing projects, such as the Emerging Talent, Graduate and Early Careers\nProgrammes implemented to attract the highest calibre of applicants to the\nbusiness

\n\n

This\nis a full-time, temporary to permanent position requiring an immediate start, paying\nthe equivalent of up to £28k annually. Previous experience within HR, ideally within\na corporate, professional services environment is required, and the successful\ncandidate must be able to demonstrate strong working knowledge of HR processes\n and disciplines and be educated to degree-level with strong academics.
