HR Business Partner (Clinical), Part Time
About the role
No two days within the HR Business Partnering team at NHS Digital are ever the same, and we now have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner, with a demonstrable in-depth knowledge and understanding of successfully building strong working relationships across a range of stakeholders to join our team covering our Clinical directorate.
This role is a HR Business Partnering position for our Clinical directorate. The role will be based in our Leeds city centre office (although we’re all currently working from home), with some ad hoc travel to London. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a HRBP, ideally partnering within a medical / clinical area, and must have a good understanding of the interpretation and application of pay frame works for clinicians.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will be able to use your comprehensive HR skills, experience and knowledge to identify and deliver people interventions aligning our People Plan to the Directorate Business Plan and putting people at the heart of our service. You will be part of a Partnering Team providing a variety of HR subject matter expertise across our clinical directorate. With accountability for your own workload including employee relations cases, HR projects and initiatives, you will deliver exceptional HR services to our Directorate Management teams in support of the implementation of the People Plan ambitions.
This role is permanent, and part time, with flexible working. We can offer a minimum of 22.5 hours and a maximum of 30 hours, split across a minimum of 3 days.
