  • Mathematics Graduate Learning Mentor – The Role:

  • Work within a successful Mathematics Department
  • Support students in a 1:1 and small group capacity
  • Run interventions across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Initial training offered to enable you to successfully fulfil the role
  • Liaise with other staff, parents and carers regarding pupil progress
  • Monitor data and implement interventions to support students
  • Rewarding role where you can truly make a positive impact
  • Observe fantastic teachers in order to learn from them
  • Mathematics Graduate Learning Mentor – Person Specification:

  • Mathematics graduate / related subject
  • 1 or 1st classification
  • Some experience working with young people desirable
  • A desire and interest to work within education
  • Confident and personable character
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
