    What will you be doing?

    With your professional telephone manner and excellent communication, you will be the front-line voice of Anglian Water dealing with a wide range of different phone calls from our customers.

    As a Collections Team Member, you will be offering a trusted, effortless and personal service to some of our most vulnerable customers. You’ll need heaps of patience and empathy to comfort and guide customers who may have financial difficulties. You will be discussing customer account balances, reviewing household budgets to find a sustainable repayment resolution along with offering and signposting additional services to make your customer’s day great. 

    Start date: 15th March 2021

    What do you need?

    You don’t need to have worked in a contact centre before; you just need to have a willingness to learn, excellent communication and a strong desire to do the right thing for our customers every time.

    In return, we’ll provide a thorough training package to support you in dealing with our customers confidently.

    You won’t be alone! As well as joining as part of a group, you will also have extensive mentoring to ensure you have the support you need whilst you learn how to provide an outstanding service to our customers.

    What hours will I work?

    We have a range of shifts which cover our opening hours of:

    8am-8pm Monday to Friday

    8am-4pm Saturday

    10am-4pm Sunday

    We are also open bank holidays
