You will become a role model, building effective working relationships with students and staff and report regularly to class teachers to monitor and evaluate student progress.

Next academic year, you will have the opportunity to train to teach in your degree subject.

Progression opportunities in this school are endless. Senior Leaders are extremely supportive and keen to develop raw talent into their ‘Outstanding’ teachers of the future. Teachers report high job satisfaction and pupils clearly enjoy going to this school as is evident from the calm and studious atmosphere as you walk around the school.
