**Paid £75 – £85 a week, term time

**Monday – Friday school hours

STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – About the Role

This STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant role will keep you on your toes as it is varied in different activities.

You will:

  • NOT be thrown into the deep end on day 1 and you will be given all the support and all the training you need to succeed to ensure you and your students make progress.
  • learn how to plan and deliver outstanding interventions by shadowing experienced professionals around you who have worked with i-teachers graduates previously.
  • take feedback on board to continually and consistency improve your practise
  • offer extra-curricular activities if/when required

    • STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – About you:

  • You will require a minimum 2:1 in your STEM related degree
  • Strong A-Levels and academic background
  • Prior experience working with young people is desired but not compulsory
  • ability to remain resilient positive and enthusiastic
  • willingness to work towards the school’s culture and ethos
