You might have just finished Uni, perhaps you completed a placement year in PHP Development. or maybe you just love coding in your own time? You may have even started your first role and not be getting the support you need to develop...
If that's the case then we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be working for an internal development team developing all the internal systems your colleagues use. The focus is and will always be on quality over speed. Which means you get trained up to be a better developer.
Their tech stack is PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, Docker and AWS. Of course, you don't need to know all this yet as you will learn it on the job. You will however have a good understanding of PHP.
You will get the opportunity to pair up with senior devs in the team and work on projects such as a new lead management system. So you get real project experience and you get to learn from a senior member of the team.
The role is remote for now and will stay almost exclusively remote once Covid is over with you only having to go into the Kettering office twice a month for Sprint planning sessions.
Being a junior and working from home might be scary but you will get great onboarding and will be well looked after. There's plenty of opportunity to progress as well and how long that takes is up to you!
