English Graduate Teaching Assistant

In this role you will be working with an experienced and highly educated English staff department in helping to develop and progress the education of secondary school pupils. You are expected to act in a professional and enthusiastic manor when around staff and pupils, and to be able to maintain an excellent relationship with all key staff, pupils and parents. You will be under the supervision and guidance of the core subject leader, who will monitor your progress and offer their expert advice and guidance.
You must have an enthusiastic attitude when in the classroom, supporting the class teachers, eventually and building up to running your own mini-sessions.
