Customer Service Advisor – Work From Home

We are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing client, we are looking for candidates with previous customer service skills who can handle customer queries and isn’t afraid of a challenge. This is an inbound role combining a mixture of customer service and up selling so ability to build rapport is key!
This is home based role so all equipment will be provided prior to the start date, we just need you to have a reliable broadband connection and somewhere to work without interruptions and distractions!
What will you be doing?
Taking inbound calls from customers wanting to discuss products and subscriptions Providing excellent customer service on all calls Resolving customer queries regarding their Broadband packages Providing technical support where possible, alternatively sending an engineer to a customer if needed Working to targets and KPI’s on a consistent basis Ensuring call quality is adhered to at all times What’s in it for you?

£18,137.60 per annum
Hours of work –
Full time working 4 out of 7 days rotationally – you will work a slightly longer shift but get 3 days off per week! Candidates must be flexible to work between 8am-11pm You will need to be able to commit to rotational weekend work Successful candidates must be able to pass a credit and DBS check due to the nature of the role
Requirements for home based working include: Broadband connection that is 5MB or above; desk and appropriate chair; Internet connection will need to be a wired connection and TalkTalk is incompatible with the systems so cannot be used.
