Anderselite Recruitment are assisting a Housing client who are based on the outskirts of Bristol in their search for an enthusiastic and methodical administrator/ coordinator to join their development department.
The Development team obtains all necessary approvals and prepares all documentation for build production and this particular role is to provide a practical and effective management of development documentation.
You will report to the Head of Design and brief duties of the role include:
Act as key contact and user of Collabor8 (Cloud document storage system)
Sharing all planning and working drawings
Manage trackers and checklists to aid document control
Share information with other departments and sites
Liaising with utility companies and consultants to ensure prompt responses
Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure approvals are being progressed in a timely manner
Dealing with all day-to-day enquiries, phone calls etc
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, AutoCAD
This role would suit a Construction/ Architectural Technician or similar graduate or junior individual who is looking to peruse a career within the Construction Industry and who wishes to develop and progress over time.
