Customer Service Advisor / Administrator in Cardiff.
Our client is a Accident Repair Centre in Cardiff, who is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Administrator for their busy Dealer.
Hours of work for this role as a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings required in the future.
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for booking in cars for scheduled maintenance and services as well as repair and warranty work. You will be expected to sell Service Plans, additional work and extended warranty plans.
Starting salary is based on experience likely to be around £19,000 pa.
