Our client is a well-established business who are looking for a Part-time Sales Administrator to join a friendly team.
Job Description:
- Contacting customers and suppliers via telephone and email to obtain prices
- Managing customer enquiries and producing quotes
- Checking stock availability and updating stock information
- Processing orders
- Arranging transport with third party customers for delivery of orders
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role such as sales administration, customer service administration is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience arranging transport would be highly preferred
- Must be detail focused with strong MS Excel experience
- Warm and personable nature
- Strong team player
Hours: 3 full days Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £9.00 per hour
