Work inside a warm and supportive secondary school Located in Central Birmingham (B1) Be part of dedicated and passionate pastoral team as a Personal Progress Tutor Gain valuable knowledge and techniques from other pastoral staff Work with a caseload of students who display barriers to learning Monitor and set targets through focussed and tailored support Organise and conduct your own 1:1 sessions Work with both small groups and individual students Paid £300-£325 per week, term time only until end of the academic year Immediate start with interviews being organised on an ongoing basis Role Expectations
Support students with emotional and social barriers to learning Must be willing to support with classwork in a variety of subjects Offer support and guidance throughout the sessions Work on a 1:1 and small group basis and be able to effectively record data Be patient and supportive of any issues or queries the student may have To be considered you will need…
