Associate (Graduate) Product Manager - London, Bishopsgate

We are seeking high-calibre and ambitious Graduates who want to pursue an exciting and rewarding career in Product Management. 

Product Management is one of the most sought-after roles in technology. Product Managers are responsible for defining valuable and viable products, that delight customers and achieve business success. It encompasses understanding of what to build, why to build it and how to lead a cross-functional team to deliver it.

There truly is no other role that presents such autonomy, variety, and responsibility. You will be empowered to solve hard problems in ways that customers love yet work for our business. No day will be the same; you will work closely with customers, lead development teams, support sales and collaborate with marketing.

This is a 2 year program aimed at developing great Product Managers. You will rotate across different brands spanning multiple industries, such as Aerospace, Precision Agriculture and Commercial Property. You will gain exposure to different tools, stakeholders and diverse insights into customer needs, priorities and expectations. Our Graduates consistently tell us that these rotations enrich their understanding of Product Management as each rotation offers a different experience in methodologies, approaches and tools. 

Joining a structured and well-developed graduate program, you will receive a blend of technical, commercial, and soft skills behaviour-based training and coaching that will help you develop into a well-rounded team member. You will also be part of a wider graduate community, spanning over 5 years, with frequent social interactions including charity days and access to events such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion and specific graduate socials.

Opportunities and Responsibilities

Gradually, with support, you will be able to

  • Contribute to our full Product Lifecycle from feature conception through to build through to go to market delivery
  • Contribute to the design of new features and solutions to deliver world leading and value add products to our customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional commercial and technical teams to understand our customers’ needs
  • Uniquely position yourself to understand the market and customers in which you operate
  • Contribute as a member of our cross-functional agile product development teams to tackle customer problems, prioritising which elements to build and release to customers
  • Work closely with product owners, technology teams, designers and project management to deliver product enhancements
  • Develop a data driven mindset – using metrics and data to help make decision and analyse the success of our products
