Graduate / Junior Web Developer - £20K - £25K - PHP / HTML / CSS
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate / Junior Web Developer to join an innovative market research company and their small but well established development team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate Web Developer who is wanting to keep up to date with the latest and ever changing technologies, which would help and improve current systems and applications!
This role is perfect for a Graduate or Junior who is looking for their first developer role where they can work closely with the Lead and Mid Developers to expand their technical skills! Due to the team being small, it gives you the opportunity to work one on one with the other coders to ensure you are learning and training to the highest standard.
You will be working on the company's reporting UI portal that is used by clients and improving the systems which it works on! Their systems are currently in CakePHP, however they are looking to eventually move this over to Laravel.
Skills and experience:
Degree in Computer Science or similar
PHP
HTML5/ CSS3
JavaScript / jQuery
Any PHP frameworks would be beneficialDue to the current circumstances, the IT team are fully remote however they are looking for someone local as eventually they are wanting all the employees to be office based or part remote.
