About the Role
Our Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to brands produced by the Swatch Group.
Here at Swatch Group (UK) Limited, we seek out experienced, committed and passionate Customer Service Advisor’s with a serious eye for quality to join us and play a pivotal part in our customer’s experience.
To allow us to achieve customer excellence, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor who, through their efficient, timely and professional approach, will provide the very best standards of support to our loyal customer base.
At Swatch Group (UK) Limited, employee training, development and progression is of paramount importance to us. You may have already completed some specific training, however if not, we will provide this to you alongside continuous development opportunities, for those that demonstrate commitment to us.
Job Description of Customer Service Advisor
- To provide high quality information, advice and guidance to our customers via telephone and email
- To ensure customer queries are resolved in accordance with agreed standards, whilst ensuring that each brand is represented appropriately.
- To adhere to Service Level Agreements within the Customer Service Department.
- Develop yourself into an integral part of the team, ensuring clear communication between colleagues and our customers.
- Continuously develop your personal knowledge and understanding of products, services, company procedures/policies and our customers’ expectations.

Profile
Professional requirements
Skills and Experience
- Good time management skills and able to effectively prioritise workload
- Demonstrable experience in providing excellent levels of Customer Service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 5 GCSE including Maths and English (or equivalent)
- High level of IT proficiency
- SAP knowledge is desirable
