We are looking for someone to join our Sales Enablement team to help us refine this process, help us tell our story and bring data science to life.We are looking for a driven, talented, and experienced Enablement Analyst Intern to join our Sales Enablement team, someone who is comfortable with problem-solving, managing global tasks, strong execution, and analytically minded. In this role, you will meet deadlines and communicate effectively within the operations team to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with teammates to define success, develop metrics and measure accordingly. Your opinions and solutions will be valued and you will be accountable for all related activities beyond “just reports” (i.e., analysing sales trends, research, dashboards & insights, etc.)Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, Dataiku starts with technology and ends with the customer, bringing both together in unconventional ways.Management sits in London.

In this role, you'll help the team:

  • Analyze current and emerging trends across the sales teams via Salesforce (pipeline analysis vs skill gap, etc.). Provide analysis to broader team(s) to identify skill gaps and prioritize what will make the biggest impact on revenue
  • Work with Dataiku teams to identify adoption and expansion trends and priority areas to focus for granular KPI opportunities and areas of focus by market. Provide analysis for action
  • Document processes and suggest areas of process improvement opportunities
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as required and conduct any required ad hoc analysis

  • English fluency (other languages nice to have)
  • Detail-oriented and a focus on consistency
  • Analytical with strong experience in Google Sheets, Excel or other analytics tools. SQL a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
