We are now looking for a passionate, motivated individual to join our fast-growing Go-to-Market (GTM) team in the UK.

About This Role:

With UK & Ireland business development and expansion, we are looking for someone who is ready to start a career in Logistic and Supply Chain to join us helping with daily operations to support streamlined process. This role interfaces with multiple touchpoints at clients’ side, OPPO’s 3PL, WEU and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities, a customer-oriented approach and passionate to begin their career in Logistics. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

This role is based in Slough and will be a six month internship.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations includes but not limited to
• Process Client POs,
• Schedule delivery time slots per PO,
• Orchestrate 3PL shipments with accurate documentation,
• Ensure of shipping records in all internal database.
• Maintain streamlined logistic operations.
• Ability to work with multiple teams on supply chain system optimise which include but not limit to EDI establish, internal system optimise
• Logistic cost/budget control
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
• Stock consolidation with relevant stakeholders
• Generate relevant report such as stock report, logistic cost analysis
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Join customer CPFR call, understand customer demand in coming weeks

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
• Must be detail oriented
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritise among tasks with conflicting deadline.
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of ownership mentality and can-do attitude.
• Passion and drive for success through constantly looking for opportunities to add value.
• Master proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (excellent excel skill is mandatory)
• Relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry is not a must but highly desired.
