iD is recruiting for a passionate Experience Advisor for one of their premium brand clients to deliver exceptional consumer experiences. IQOS is a revolutionary heat–not–burn smoke-free tobacco product that delivers our client’s ambitious goal to “deliver a smoke free future”.

A dedicated IQOS Experience Advisor is passionate about “smoke free” and customer engagement with the ability to operate within a highly regulated industry in a consumer facing role.
Working Environment:
You will work in our indirect retail channel where you will be required to interact with legally aged smokers & users of other nicotine alternatives as well as brand retail personnel.
The IQOS Experience Advisor will create memorable experiences for all adult smokers looking to switch to a better alternative than continuing to smoke.
Role Competencies:
You will be an excellent communicator delivering exceptional consumer experiences, providing support and education to adult smokers helping them discover the benefits of IQOS versus continuing to smoke, the IQOS Experience Advisor is expected to ensure great housekeeping standards and the completion of data reports along with 3rd party training.
You will forge and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders and be agile in your approach to meet the needs of all.
We are looking for candidates who are proactive and motivational, relishing the opportunity to exceed their KPI targets which put the consumer at the centre of everything you do.
We are looking for proven experience within the retail, sales or the service industry with clear demonstratable examples of how you have particularly lead consumer engagement. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience of training individuals or groups.
