Job Overview
Working with some of the world’s most iconic corporate trademark and entertainment brands, the successful candidate will work closely with the EU licensing coordinator day to day. An intern for Brandgenuity Europe would be needed part time for 6-12 months to help provide existing account assistance and general company and employee organisational aid.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support events and key trade shows
- Maintain client and licensee database of contacts
- Support Licensing Coordinator with maintenance of DRM system
- Assist with the management of artwork submissions and product samples for approvals
- Update the Brandgenuity photo library with new product launch and marketing imagery
- Support creative director with sourcing of assets for brand collateral
- Sit in on client calls to provide meeting summaries and assist with actions
- Category research and store checks
- Travel booking and diary management for team around trade show season
- Manage courier system for office
- Keep licensee and retailer lists up to date
- Produce weekly brand licensing highlights document for team
- Maintain record of and collate partner insurance documentation
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Person Specification
Brandgenuity is looking for an undergraduate student in the London area who is majoring in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing or similar. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; and an interest in brand licensing, a willingness to learn and a confident ability to independently research is essential for the role. PowerPoint, Word, Excel and InDesign experience are a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position. Ability to speak either French or German is also preferable, although not mandatory, due to pan European nature of the business.
