A university are seeking to engage a student well-being manager on an initial 3 month basis to work remotely supporting students whilst learning from home.
Your new role
In this role you will act as a first point of contact for enquiries concerning student mental health and wellbeing, providing specialist advice, guidance and support to students and staff at the University, as well as signposting and referring enquiries through to the relevant internal or external services. You will also provide interventions and/or access to a variety of support tools to help students manage their personal and emotional wellbeing and/or mental health. Amongst other areas you will co-ordinate partnership working across the service, the University and externally with partners (e.g. GPs, NHS, Local community mental health teams, charities, community organisations and social enterprises).
