We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working trainee Health Care Assistants to join our nursing teams at our hospitals in St. Richards Hospital, Chichester and Worthing Hospital. You will be working alongside a wide range of professional colleagues, providing hands on nursing care to our patients and supporting clinical staff. This would include clinical and non-clinical activities which would enable you to develop a wide range of skills whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification in care.

Depending on previous experience and qualifications you would either complete the level 2 or 3 healthcare support apprenticeship which is provided in conjunction with Chichester College and you would have dedicated study time and learning opportunities, in the hospital setting and in the classroom. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as trainee HCA as there are clear pathways to support your development and potentially, your career.
