Junior Product Owner

And, we keep our services for our schools and students entirely free of charge.

What are you going to do:

Job title: Junior Product Owner

Location: Manchester (up to 50% office based)

Responsible to: Product Director

Contract: Internship (1 year)

Salary: National Living Wage

The role

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Work with the Product team to translate requirements into user stories and tasks for the team
  • Maintain the product backlog
  • Support and manage the team in the relevant ceremonies (Standups/Planning/Refinement/Retrospectives)
  • Document release notes and requirements for use across the organisation
  • Support the Product Director in Prioritisation, goal setting and measuring and tracking product metrics
  • Work with the wider stakeholders and Product support team to investigate and understand live issues then translate this to the team.
  • Test new products and enhancements before being available to users
  • Other duties as required, within the scope of your role.
