PDS Growth Analyst (GNA) in London

Job description

As a Barclays Prime Middle Office Analyst, you will be ensuring PDS Business within The Client Services Team is of the highest standard and SLAs are met. You need to be mindful of risk, efficiency, budget and personal conduct. You will have primary contact for a suite of clients which will involve full Operation management of the client from winning the mandate to Go Live and beyond. 

Providing flawless client service to include facilitating a smooth onboard, running various Operational workshops and managing the clients day to day requirements, in addition to their queries in a professional and efficient manner

Suggesting and implementing improvements from a control and efficiency perspective conforming to the required risk and control policies in place at Barclays

Interacting with the PDS business partners to ensure a consistent approach to client service and to seek optimal solutions for our clients

Acting as the client single point of contact for queries 

Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards

Knowledge of Futures and Listed Options and/or OTC Clearing either in a clearing, middle office or client service function

Extensive investment banking operations experience with in depth knowledge of processes and operations

 Experience in business process reengineering

Excellent communication skills, ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and confidence in communicating with senior management

Strength in manipulating data within Microsoft office packages and presenting them concisely and clearly in Power Point

Second Language would be advantagous 

Familiar with wider financial services landscape, including regulation, utilities and vendors

Knowledge of the Listed Derivatives & OTC products
