Description
We are currently recruiting for a position of workflow co-ordinator within the Ecommerce department. Ideal candidates would need to be flexible with regards to working hours and what days need to be worked. All training will be provided to successful candidates.
Main Duties
•Within this role you would be expected to coordinate the work flow within the Ecommerce operation to support in delivering excellent services to our stores.
•Complete daily and weekly operational reports, handovers and key performance indicators (KPI) management.
•Cluster, prioritise and allocate work tasks through the JDA Task Management System.
•Monitor work flows (put away, replenishment, picking, sortation and loading tasks) to support all operational areas are successfully achieving KPI’s.
•Liaising with FLMs to gather information on operational progress in order to identify any potential operational challenges.
