We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in London as:

Junior SAP BPC Embedded / SAC Consultant 

Role Overview

Initial engagement will be as a team member in a Agile methodology project developing a BPC Embedded solution replacing part of, and integrating with, the existing BPC Standard Planning suite; part of a long term plan to update and move planning into the next generation tools; further project are be including SAC Analytics and Planning.

You will be involved in interesting and varied projects, working with an exceptional group of consultants with plenty of opportunities to increase your skill set. The majority of the work will be the design and implementation of BPC and SAC solutions for our customers.

Primarily a technical delivery role there will also be opportunities to develop your skills in other areas – such as team leading, project management, pre-sales and advisory functions. The majority of work will be based on client sites, helping them with their finance and planning challenges, however there will also be the opportunity to get involved in a number of internal initiatives and sales activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver Developments in BPC Embedded including development typical objects including:

• BW Data Modelling objects Process Chains etc
• Planning, Functions, filters, sequences, etc.
• BW Reporting: Analysis for Office Workbooks / BW Queries
• BPC Embedded Web Admin, Work status, DAP, BPFs.  

Support Client with advice, playbacks, testing, defect resolution, post go live support

Documentation and Handover to BAU support,

Input into design of future projects / sprints

Assist in Security development

Experience Required

Excellent communication and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for another consulting company.

Good understanding of financial process including budgeting, forecasting, financial close and consolidation. An accountancy qualification would be a distinct advantage.

Demonstrate 2 or more of the following:

• Strong technical experience of SAP BW Integrated Planning, HANA PAK or BPC Embedded.
• Strong technical experience of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC), preferably version 10.x  11.1 of the NetWeaver version.
• Strong Technical understanding of SAP BW modelling, reporting and front end tools (specifically Design Studio and Analysis for Office).
• Experience of SAC Analytics or Planning solution development, preferably Live Connections to BW. 

Experience of at least two end to end implementations of BPC or BW-IP, ideally for FTSE 100/ Fortune 500 Companies.

Experience of other related SAP functional areas such as BW, BI, BFC, PCM, FI/CO, PS, MM, SD/SM, S/4 HANA or ABAP would be a distinct advantage.

Industry specific knowledge based on experience of working within one or several different industries would be a distinct advantage, (for example CPG Beverages).
