Well we have a solution to that. ESG Recruitment are London's leading Recruitment-to-Recruitment company and despite Covid-19 we are doing extremely well. This is mainly because even in a tight market good Recruitment companies will always need good Recruitment Consultants. We work with over 100 London based Recruitment companies who are all hiring and we don't need any more clients!

We are currently a team of 5 and we are really busy. So much so that we are looking for another experienced recruiter to join our team.

Highlights of the role are as follows:

• No BD!! Yes you read that right!! We are very established and deal with over 100 London based Recruitment firms. They will all hire as many people as we can find so you will not be expected to do ANY business development. It is completely 180/delivery focused.

• We pay up to 50% commission!! Yes 50%!! We are very shrewd with our business costs and by keeping them extremely low we are able to pay our people very well. Once you cover your basic salary costs each month you will receive 30% on everything you bill and if you hit your monthly billing target (£12k), it increases to 50%!! On the lot!!

• We have amazing City offices next to Liverpool Street station. We are on the 18th floor in a corner office with floor-to-ceiling views all over London, however we are completely flexible and you can work from home full or part-time if you prefer. You will have full access to the office, you can come in every day if you wish (lockdown permitting) and when we are in the office, we are dress-down. We will also provide you with a company Macbook Air if you need one.

• Basic salaries are completely flexible depending on the individual.

Previous R2R experience is not essential, but previous recruitment experience in any field is.
