Hortor Ltd is a global strategic resourcing consultancy, & we work with some of the largest organisations in the world, providing a first-class recruitment service to our clients and candidates alike.

Due to a high increase in volume from our key clients we are currently looking for several 180 IT Delivery Recruitment Consultants to join our Delivery Team based in Leeds. As part of the company's Delivery Team, you will be working on an exciting portfolio of high-volume recruitment assignments covering a wide range of IT roles across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive searches via multiple channels, including our database, job boards, LinkedIn and various online tools
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to our clients’ needs and assess incoming applications,
• Maintain & keep ATS up to date
• Gather market knowledge and data
• Interact with clients & consultants to assist them with their recruitment needs.
• Build your own network of talented candidates.
• Provide candidates and clients with a “best in class” recruitment experience

What you will bring:

• Experience of resourcing & delivering IT Candidates across Contract or Perm vacancies
• Prior experience of servicing major accounts/high volume projects
• Commercial awareness
• A sense of urgency, and desire to deliver quality
