We have a senior-level vacancy for the right candidate to lead on our Student Futures Strategy and help deliver career success for Teesside graduates.

As Head of Student Futures, you will play a strategic role in delivering an institution-wide approach, building strong internal and external relationships and embedding best practice in co- and extra-curricular activity, to achieve a significant, measurable increase in graduate-level career outcomes.

Based in a business-facing department, you will be responsible for our Careers & Employability Team and Enterprise Team, liaising extensively with both employers and academic Schools, service directorates, and the Students’ Union.

You will have a strong background in building and managing successful employer relationships and significant experience in a related role. Importantly, you will also have the drive, imagination and ability to engage colleagues and employers in creating future-ready graduates and putting them on the path to success.
