ARRACO FX is an innovative, ambitious FX Brokerage providing physical FX capability to our clients via our online dealing platform & dealing desk in over 40+ different currencies.
We also provide, through our partners, domestic & international payment accounts; enabling our clients to receive and pay suppliers, employees, business partners & so on, in over 180+ different countries in over 40+ different currencies from localised currency accounts.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven 360 FX Dealer, to join a young, ambitious company based in Wandsworth, London. You will be offered continuous development, with a good career progression.
The 360 Dealer role encapsulates new business and account management to enable the individual to maximise earnings, you need to be outgoing, innovative, determined but humble!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a communicative client facing role is advantageous
- Strong customer focused, business development/sales potential
- Excellent and articulate communication ability
- Confident, professional and approachable persona
- Strong IT skills
- Focused, goal-oriented and driven to succeed
- Money motivated
- Willing to travel for work to entertain clients (all on company credit card!)
- Outgoing and confident
Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of corporate clients implementing a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, payments & cash management.
- Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using different trading platforms.
- Work with a successful sales team to assist in business origination.
- Understand client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
- Know and understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position of ARRACO’s solutions.
- Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, up-selling high margin products and increasing wallet-share.
- Building & maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings.
- Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.
