Description

Conveyancing Direct Ltd is one of the top 10 Conveyancing Companies in England and Wales and a leading provider of conveyancing in our local area.  We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team; this is a full time permanent position.

This would suit a person with a background of working in a same or similar environment or with experience in a Call Centre.

You will be joining a rapidly expanding customer focused company which is dedicated to progressing not only the business, but the people within it.

About the Role

Customer Services is the ‘Hub’ of the company and their main duties are to deal with incoming, outgoing calls and administration tasks.

The majority of the incoming calls are from clients, solicitors and third party agencies so you will need to be proficient and confident on the phone.  A full induction and training package is provided to Customer Service Advisors to enable staff to deal with any queries raised.

Our files are handled on an electronic Case Management System. You will be required to record all communications to the file via email and alert Case Handlers to any messages or actions that they need to take.

Customer Services are also the first point of contact for clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers requesting quotes for our conveyancing services; our role is to provide an accurate and efficient response to these requests.

About You

We are looking for an excellent communicator with great time management, organisational and problem solving skills. The Customer Service Department offer an extensive Career Path Package with good progression opportunities. In return we are looking for someone with drive, enthusiasm and a can do attitude. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. A confident telephone manner and experience of working in an office or call centre environment would also be beneficial.
